There are two situations where the printer cannot be recognized and
nothing happens when you try to print it.
1. Unable to install the driver
Replace with a new USB port (for desktop computer, connect to the USB port on the back of the case).
2.The driver is installed successfully, and there is an unspecified [USB printing support]
The printer driver cannot be found in [Devices and Printers] while the installation has been finished.
In this case,you need to find the unspecified [USB printing support] under the driver section and
update the driver according to the steps in the video.
