When you find your printer offline and paused during the printing,
you can follow the below 3 steps to work it right.
Step 1. Double click the Printer icon in the bottom right corner
of your computer desktop.
Step 2. There pops up the print task dialog box.
Step 3. Click [Printer] in the window, and then uncheck the two check
boxes of [Pause Printing] and [Use Printer Offline].
